Qualifications: 

• Age 14-21 

• Enrolled in a school (including home school) 

• Has one of the following: IEP, 504 Plan, or a disability documented by medical record/doctor's note. 

Services Include:

• Career exploration 

• Work experiences 

• Postsecondary education exploration 

• Job-related skills training 

• Self-advocacy instruction 

The pre-employment transition services provided under the VR program are funded by the a grant from the U.S. Department of Education with a state match.
