What is ECFE?
Early Childhood Family Education, a program of Crookston Community Education, offers classes and activities for parent and their children ages birth through five at Washington School. The classes are designed to enhance early learning. The gym is also used to encourage active play. Parents and children can take classes and participate in special family events.
Your Family counts! Be counted!
Crookston Public Schools offers Early Childhood classes and events, including School Readiness for children the year before entering Kindergarten. Crookston Public Schools also provides Early Childhood Screening, which is required by the State of Minnesota for all children before entering Kindergarten. By providing your child's name, date of birth, and your contact information, we will be able to notify you of these events.
If you or someone you know recently moved into the Crookston Public School District or had an addition to the family, including birth or adoption, call 218-281-2762 or use the link below to provide the information to keep your family informed of opportunities for your young child.
