Spring Driver Education

Registration for Spring Driver Education is now open. Registration is due on Wednesday, March 24th and can be handed in to the Crookston High School Office.
Driver Education is open to students currently enrolled in Crookston Public Schools Only.
Note: Students MUST be 15 years of age by June 1, 2021 to enroll in the Spring Driver Education class. Driver Education is a mandated curriculum by the state and the students CAN NOT MISS class or they will be dropped and enrolled in the next available session (Special exceptions must be approved by the instructor prior to being absent).
The fee for Driver Education is $325 (Includes Classroom & 6 Hours of Behind the Wheel Instruction). The fee MUST be paid on or before the first day of class! There are no refunds once the course has started. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
The first class session will be Friday, March 26th beginning at 4:30 PM and ending at 7:30 PM at Highland School. The next class session will be Saturday March 27th at Highland School from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. There will NOT be class on Monday, April 5th. I have identified typical class sessions and times.
Typical classes times will be as follows:
Mondays 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Fridays 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Saturdays 8:00 am – 11:00 am
* Mr. Trostad works with the group to find the best available times for the majority of the group and times may change if it works better for the group.
The spring sessions will run for a total of twelve sessions beginning Friday, March 26th, 2021. A class schedule will be handed out on the second class meeting. The schedule may change slightly due to the needs of the class and potential conflicts of the instructor.
