Title 1 Services

Crookston Public Schools is committed to the goal of providing quality education for every child in the District. Title I Part A is a Federal program under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) that provides supplemental funding to schools with a high percentage of low-income children. The goal is to close achievement gaps by supporting students who are not meeting state academic standards in reading and math with targeted support either through the core classroom teacher as supported by the Title I staff, or through pull out interventions administered by certified Title I teaching staff.
